Terms of use

Last updated 7 October 2026

IMA Outreach Tracker is provided to enrolled IMA Accelerator students and coaches. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

Sign in only with your own IMA Accelerator members account, never share a sign-in code, and only connect inboxes you own or are authorised to connect.

Fair use

The leaderboard is for motivation. Don't try to inflate your numbers, for example by emailing yourself or sending to fake addresses. Coaches may adjust or remove accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep the tracker accurate and available but can't guarantee it will be error-free. Numbers are a coaching tool, not a record for payments or contracts.

Ending access

Access ends when you leave the program. You can disconnect inboxes at any time. See the privacy policy for how your data is handled.
